The greatest dentist office I've ever been to!! Been going for YEARS, and have told so many people about this place! Everyone has been happy and comes back!! ... Dr. Garo himself is so cool, so easy going and chill (NOT money hungry)! The whole staff is amazing!!! ... Don't go anywhere else...love them all!! Dr, you and your office are all a class act. Jessica is the sweetest. She is so kind. Jessica will handle all your schedule needs, she follows up and if there is a cancellation she will get you in. Zimra thank you for the deep cleaning. My gums and teeth are so much better. I am no longer afraid of the dentist and it's all because of this practice. Not only are the staff friendly, but they took my fears into consideration and were so gentle with me. I am not a review type of person, I actually will have to create a profile to this this, I still rather ask to people I know and trust about places and services, which it is exactly how I have ended up at Tarzana Smiles. 
Well I must be honest I am beyond impressed with the honesty of these folks really blown away but their simple English talk without trying to sell me stuff or to impress me with big words.
Let's face it, nobody likes to go to the dentist, it hurts, it is uncomfortable, we are all the same...but when a dentist tells you that there isn't anything that wrong with a tooth and he would not do anything to it if it would be his tooth and takes the time to explain to you how things went and why, well that is a honest man and he has earned my respect and trust regardless what uniform he is wearing.
Not to mention the very nice people working for him that are just example of kindness and really willing to help you, simple folks working!

Dr Ourfalian is great! He is very kind, very professional and really cares about the quality of his work and the services they offer. Jessica, Vicki and Tina are all amazing. I've been going to Dr. Ourfalian since February now and I can honestly say that his practice and staff are amazing! Everyone there is super nice, incredibly helpful and most importantly, CLEAN. 
I hadn't gone to the dentist in a few years and was honestly embarrassed. I explained this to him and his staff and they were not judgmental at all! They quickly made me feel comfortable and now actually make me look forward to my visits.

My dentist retired and a friend referred me to her dentist. Had a fantastic experience, I know the dentist ouch right, but no. It was great. Parking is easy, no pay. Office is clean and Jessica was prompt to get my paperwork and put me right in. Tina was my hygienist. She was kind, considerate. Walked me through everything she was doing. Had patience with my ocd issues. She was thorough with each of my teeth. She got everything off and cleaned out. My teeth feel great. You can tell she really loves what she does. Vicky took all of my xrays with the newest technology. She was fast and efficient. The dr came in and I was able to see all of my teeth on this handy pen camera device. It was great. I've been going to Dr. Ourfalian for over 13 years. He and his team have done anything and everything to help my family and I. I've had basic dental work to teeth needing to be pulled to emergency dental implants. They always make you feel like family and Dr. Ourfalian is the simply the best at dentistry. Jessica, Tina, and Vickie are essential to the team. They always assist you with figuring out dental plans, payments, or anything you need help with. They're truly an exceptional team and I bring my entire family here and will continue to indefinitely. Thanks Tarzana Smiles!
